Chocolate. I just cannot help myself when it comes to chocolate! I think I may have a serious problem. I’m pretty much addicted. But it’s just so good!
And so are these cookies!
Have you ever had a chocolate lava cake? Those little chocolate cakes with warm gooey chocolate that ooze out of the middle when you cut into them? Basically Heaven on a plate. Well, these cookies taste almost exactly like a lava cake without the flowing chocolate.
What you need: 1 box of devil’s food cake mix 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla Powdered Sugar
There you go! A quick and super easy recipe to cure your chocolate craving!
1 box devil’s food cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Heat oven to 350*F (325* for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). In a large bowl, stir dry cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla with spoon until dough forms.
2. Refrigerate dough 15 to 30 minutes, or as needed for easier handling. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store tightly covered.
