I’ve been working on this crochet scarf for about a week and I finally finished it. It seems that whenever I sit down to crochet a scarf something always comes up and I have to put down my work. So I’m glad to have finally finished!
I loved making this scarf. It was so easy and worked up quick (whenever I got to work on it). The yarn is soft and thick, but not too thick, so it is warm and also lays nicely. It was the first time I have ever made a flower like this, but I was happy with the way it turned out!
The first three pictures are closer to the actual color of the scarf. For some reason the last two pictures made the scarf look a darker color.

I love that! I’ve always wanted to crochet, but I never really got it. Quite the coincidence that last night in one of my many dreams, I had a nightmare about losing my crochet hook!

Thank you! That dream is too funny! I hope you found it. 😂😂 I watched YouTube videos and followed along to learn many of the stitches. Maybe you could try that? Look knitting is also fun and very easy.

I should try that! Once I took a knitting class though and it seemed harder than crocheting. (is crocheting a word? Well, spellcheck doesn’t underline it so I guess it is!)

I haven’t been able to figure out knitting with needles yet, either. Loom knitting is different because basically you’re making loops over pegs. (Hard to explain but I promise it’s easier than actual knitting haha)

My grandma tried to teach me how to crochet as a kid but at the time I had no patience or interest. I’d love to be able to make gifts for people instead of buying them!
