Crisp autumn days always make me want to curl up with a good book and a warm blanket. Near Halloween I enjoy reading thrillers or a good mystery. I have Keep Quiet by Lisa Scottoline playing on my Libby app, but I like to have an actual book in my hand. I only listen to audible books when I’m doing laundry or dishes or cleaning. Sometimes I will listen to a book at night when I don’t want to have a light on to disturb anyone else.
I really want to read Vox by Christina Dalcher.Β It looks like a very interesting book. Have you read this? Any thoughts on it?
Another book on my list is The Woman in the WindowThe Woman in the Window by A.J. Finn. This has been on my list for a while. I cannot wait to read this! Stephen King says it’s “remarkable” so I think I need to hurry up and read it.
I would also like to read Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. This is her first novel. I love reading new authors.
Have you read any of these books? What are you reading right now?
I have been reading the Ruth Ware books, In a dark, dark wood is one of them

I used to read a lot of John Grisham novels when I was in college but started in on a non-fiction binge. I am thinking I need to add the fiction back into my reading list. My husband has been reading some of Grjsham’s newer novels. I used to also read a lot of Philippa Gregory. She does really well with the historical aspect of historical fiction.

I love John Grisham novels! I go back and forth between fiction and nonfiction. It depends on my mood. π I’ve never read Philippa Gregory. I’ll have to check her out. Thanks!
